Welcome to the website of La Cuesta Homeowners Association, where community meets connection. Established more than 40 years ago, our neighborhood has thrived on the principles of unity, shared responsibility, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for all residents. Explore this digital hub to stay informed about events, community guidelines, and the many ways we make this community home. Together, let's continue to build a neighborhood that stands the test of time.
La Cuesta is a neighborhood of 137 homes served by a volunteer Board of Directors, organized March 9, 1978.
The Board of Directors is comprised of 9 volunteers. Members serve 3-year terms on a rotating schedule whereby up to three positions become available each year.
The primary focus is to maintain the common areas of the neighborhood and encourage connection through social functions and neighborhood communication. New ideas for social gatherings and volunteerism are always welcome!
Dues are due to the Treasurer in December and June, payable via check or Zelle. Reminders are sent out to all homes prior to the month due. Dues cover the expenses for the neighborhood tennis courts, common area landscaping, maintenance, and a small amount goes towards supporting neighborhood social functions.
